Hi, just wanted to comment on your review. I have been a 6 year Ford Explorer driver (98 eddie bauer model) and regardless of gas priced I love SUV'S. I have moved to and from florida from both south carolina and north carolina with all that I could carry (For college purposes) Not that, that has anything to do with the H3 but the point is I love SUV's and I am willing to pay the gas prices because I love the extra height and size. I was in a car accident during the second month of school in a small car and vowed that day never to ride in a small vehicle again. I recently rented a H3 hummer from Enterprise to take to the southwestern Virginia area and I was a bit intimidated at first because from first glance standing beside it, it appeared huge. I wasn't sure how I was going to be able to drive it all the way up there. But once I got into the vehicle and begin the journey, I got to tell you that I was bitten by the bug! I LOVE, absolutely LOVED it. You could say I fell in love. The size wasn't that much bigger than an average SUV. I think that the design coming up over the wheels is what makes it seem so large. I loved the interior, the steering wheel was a bit larger than the standard size that comes with most vehicles. I found that among the large rugged buttons for the stereo and the AC/Defrost etc.... interesting. It was almost as if it was built for a man but hey, I'm a woman and I love the features. The seats were very comfortable I found it easy to get into without having a step (my grandmother didn't think so). The windows were tiny but gave the vehicle an almost European feel, or Australian. It was an escape from the average SUV's and Cars here in the U.S. I thought that it drove amazing, it handled bumps well and I felt confident that I could take on anything. The style is beautiful and all around a great vehicle for those who love Style and something different than the average. If you love to turn heads this is for you! It is very true what this article says, because everywhere I went heads turned and even had to leave 1 gas station because I felt someone wanted to take the vehicle from under me! I love the H3 and I will be purchasing one very soon and hey, if there is any company that would love for me to drive it promoting there company with a vehicle wrap on my 100 mile journey every day to work then please feel free to contact me! Hope this review helps some one. Thanks! :)
