The Dodge is heavy. Good – Stable at high speed. Bad – Tends to plow, and slow on the low end.
For most Police Work, The low end is more important than the top. You have to turn around and catch more speeders than you are involved in rare “Car Chases”. Re-gear it for better low end and a top speed of about 135. Improve the clunky tranny and put more emphasis on the brakes. Make it more affordable to get past City Councel’s budget meetings and it is a GREAT package.

i love that the police drive such crap. i love that they couldnt catch a cold even with their persuit cars. why not give the push bikes coz driving them is a joke.. over here they drive diesels??? god i love my skyline, cannonball 2009 whoop whoop )
