2008 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible Car Review Video
Join our video host, Brian Armstead, as he reviews a British beauty, the 2008 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible. The Continental GTC Convertible is the topless version of the Continental GT, going from coupe to convertible in just 25 seconds. In typical Bentley fashion, only the finest materials are used for this luxury drophead coupe, from the leather on the seats, the wood on the dash, to the Bentley-branded sill plates.
Under the hood, the Continental GTC Convertible boasts a 6-liter W12 engine that produces 552 horsepower at 6,100 rpm and 479 lb-ft of torque at 1,600 rpm. And yes, it is fast, going 0-60 in under 5 seconds. However, if you want to take a relaxing Sunday afternoon drive, you can change your drive selection, switching out of Sport mode for the more relaxed Comfort mode.
Even with a base price of $193,990, an as-tested price of $217,785 and fuel economy of 10 mpg city, 17 mpg highway, the Bentley Continental GTC Convertible’s character and premium quality can still draw a ringing endorsement from veteran automotive journalists.

i need your help,,, i have saved enough money to buy a dream car i like to know what would suit me best, i’m interested in carrera 4s convertible or coupe or mercedes SL 550, i want a car that will make me arrive in style, a head turner, a car even after years it will still turn head, cause i plan to keep this forever cause i cannot afford change car every 4 years or so i am not RICH i am just a hard working individual who wants please myself.
it really dont matter to me coupe or cabrio i just want that trophy, eventhough it’s a matter of choice please choose me one coupe or cabrio.
Like you, I saved for a “dream car” with the intention of driving it forever. I purchased the anniversary edition Corvette Convertible and luv it to this day (it still turns heads and gets me lots of whistles from the girls). However, if i had to do it all over again i would take the $100k and buy and apt. building instead, especially in today’s realestate market. As nice as all the whistles are, my wife will not let me bring these girls home (ha ha). But seriously, the car costs me $10k/year to maintain (insurance, gas, upkeep etc.) and the apt. building or other rental property would be “making me money”. Just my thought, but, like me, i’m sure you will go ahead and buy the car (get the Porsche, but NOT the Boxter). The ladies luv these the best.
