Charlie is Roadfly’s founder and publisher, and was taught to drive by his father in a 1974 Porsche 914. That made poor Charlie a Porsche fanboy for life, and after driving a 911SC at 16, he bought and campaigned a variety of 944s at racetracks up and down the East Coast, earning awards and track records in his twenties.

Alan has been a member of the Roadfly team since 1999, when his website bimmer.org was purchased by Charlie Romero’s Jump Media Group. When Charlie wants to feel less nerdy, he calls Alan, who writes code for fun…

Dustin joined Roadfly as a camera guy in 2006, and was the unseen hand in the development of RoadflyTV. Dustin still shoots video, as well as editing and uploading the footage.

Andrew has stepped up to help Roadfly with its considerable demand for camera work and video editing. He brings his own inventive style to RoadflyTV behind the camera and in the editing room, and enjoys nerdy stuff like kites and space shuttles.

Ross has been employed by Roadfly since 2006, and has done a little bit of everything during that time. As Roadfly’s first designated video host, he helped to launch and grow RoadflyTV.

Affectionately known as ‘Smack,’ Alex is Roadfly’s Go-To Guy. He goes to all the domestic auto shows to bring us fantastic footage, and can even dig up spy shots (a highly specialized craft). Charlie calls him “Our 007.”

Emme joined Roadfly in 2010, and has quickly earned a legion of loyal fans who love her energy, unconventional outfits, and collection of trademark phrases. Emme is an accomplished off-road racer in the SCORE racing series.

Shannon McIntosh is a 22-year-old autoracing driver who competes in INDYCAR’s ‘Mazda Road to Indy’ USF2000 National Championship Series for Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing, the most successful team at that level. McIntosh began her racing career at age 5, and has amassed over 100 combined victories through Quarter Midgets and USAC Midgets.

Laura has been with Roadfly in different capacities for __ years, and currently _________ our ________.
