Being an auto-enthusiast first and foremost and recognizing the opportunities inherently present on the Internet as an interactive community platform, I conceptualized the idea of Roadfly.org. My first priority was to create an environment where enthusiasts can share information and gain access to valuable tools and resources specifically tailored to their needs. I'm proud to say that through diligence and consistent communication with our audience, today Roadfly is home to a thriving community that is driven by a common passion for automobiles. Our vision at Roadfly has always been and will continue to be to deliver unique features and content that surpasses our audiences expectation while evolving as the dominant player in this competitive arena.

Active community management is what brings the many elements of a successful community program together. At Roadfly we orchestrate multiple community initiatives to improve interaction among participants. By living amongst our communities each day we're in a unique position to witness as well as participate in the interaction and conversations taking place. Within a community environment, on-line dialogue reflects how users genuinely feel about our products and services. We capture this rich information and mine this data to uncover customer insights to drive changes in product development, merchandising and many other offerings that touch our community members directly.

I firmly believe that today having a presence on the Internet is no longer a choice but a necessity. My own experience with corporate websites has been tremendously positive, yielding increased profitability and efficiency in customer service. Our affiliation with Roadfly.org has resulted in a significant increase in parts and accessory sales for both BMW and Porsche divisions. My contribution towards Roadfly.org's strategic direction is a natural extension of my 20 plus years of experience in the automotive industry.
