Bud’s Machine and Engine Shop rebuilt the head and reground the camshaft to stock specifications, valve cover, manifold, etc. were cleaned and painted while head removed
Collision Specialists performed full paint job
15" Borbet wheels, Type BS, new Toyo rubber installed
I replaced pretty much everything new under the hood except the block (lower end) to include:
Cooling system: radiator, hoses, belts, seals, gaskets, fluid, water pump, head gasket and head bolts, all rubber, timing belt, tensioner thermostat, cap, rotor, plug wires, plugs, tranny mounts, idle control valve, etc. Delete A/C system, delete cruise control, delete power door locks, delete power steering system, throttle position sensor, AFM, filter, and boot
Under the car:
Installed SS Supersprint exhaust, hangers and brackets
Brake system to include: reservoir, calipers (remanufactured) dics (Brembo) pads (Porterfield R4) stainless steel lines ATE Super Gold fluid
All Redline fluids to include engine oil, tranny and 3.73 LSD
fuel hoses and filter
fuel pump, in tank
fuel pressure regulator
Interior: hand painted body color
Installed choice E30 panels and trim pieces for iS model to include M Tech 1 steering wheel, rearview mirror with map lights, stock iS stereo including power antennae, AC Schnitzer brushed aluminum shift knob, replace front and rear glass with stock, new black BMW floor mats
Installed newer Monotronic CPU with Turner Motorsport chip
Rare new European E30 manual steering rack and linkage, with new tie rods and end links
