The car was originally purchased in Missouri and lived there until (approx.) 2002. It was then bought by a BMW enthusiast living on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The third owner purchased it in 2006 and the car moved to Maui. I was living on Maui at the time and bought the car a few months later as my racing buddy was just keeping the car in his garage...and my '84 M6 had just lost the motor. The car has been well maintained by the people who love it. This M5 is now living in Folsom, California where I presently reside. The picture is of the car on Maui.
