I took ownership of this show car on May 15, 1998, my grandmother’s birthday, and I knew at that time this would be a very special car for me. I’m the original owner of this car, and I have maintained it meticulously for the 12-years I’ve owned it. It has been garaged since it left the showroom floor, has only seen rain about a dozen times, and has never seen snow or salt. It has a very low 40K miles of mostly highway driving, and never fails to get a head-turn or compliment whenever I have taken it out for a spin : )
I have a complete history of work performed on the car, down to the least significant oil change. The car was last inspected in 2008 (see photo) as I didn’t expect to be using it this year in preparation for the sale.
As this car was so very special to me, I invested much thought into the various customization options I have done to it, from the low-profile Hamann rear wing to the chrome door-lock accents; this show car is one-of-a-kind.
