| Where do I start? The car is in excellent condition inside and out. It was previously a certified pre-owned(6/05) at KING BMW in Freehold which the second owner bought and transferred title to Florida then back to Jersey. I have all the maintenance records from when the car was new and a clean car fax in hand so dont bother purchasing one. I have the records on the Inspection I being performed at 41,000 miles and just had the Inspection II performed at Mr M car(a local BMW specialist). The oil/filter has been changed with the Insepection II with AMSOIL synthetic The battery was also just recently replaced(2months ago) with a BMW battery. This is my second car and has been treated that way. It is keep out of the elements and has not seen snow. And probably has not seen it for a while since it was in Florida for several years. The tread on the all season continentals is good, about half left. The interior is near perfect and everything works, except for the key remote to unlock the driver door. Manually it works fine and I havent found it to be an inconvenience so I kept it that way. Before I purchased the car it was brought in for a pre-purchase inspection at a local BMW(Mr M car at Allaire airport) shop. The report was the car was in great shape, adult driven and obviously recommended buying it. It has the premium package which includes the upgraded Harmon-Kardon stereo system with 6 disc changer in trunk, heated seats, and power passenger seat(I think the power driver side seat was standard on all 330s) I am selling because I will need a sedan(BMW of course) soon because my other car(1997 4Runner) is on its last leg.
