Please list Minneapolis/St Paul as a primary city

Folks,
We've added the following cities to the Used Car Parts listings area. Tampa Bay added Minneapolis/St Paul Columbus added Cleveland added Norfolk added Other cities/areas weren't added because there isn't enough traffic w/in those cities. It actually has a negative affect when we add cities without enough traffic. People tend to abandon the low traffic sections and list their items in the more heavily trafficed sections.
